This was our first visit... it well enough that I will be back for a followup with Rosan.
I have been looking for someone to cut my hair for some time... the experience was promising... I am looking to form a long term relationship with a single hair stylist.

My stylist Yesenia is just great! She was training but still took her time, explained everything to me and the trainee, and gave me an awesome haircut!
Service was fantastic, cut exactly as I asked and the stylist was friendly, polite and professional.
I loved sports clips in Lodi, CA and the Sisk location in Modesto but the McHenry location was severely lacking in customer service and quality. Not only did my stylist allow me to walk out with a ridiculous hair cut, they literally just went through the motions on everything making me feel more like a burden than someone who was confidently taken care of. I go there as my personal slice of "me time" where I want to feel pampered and beautiful. My wife hated my haircut so much the first thing she did was laughed and then was angry they allowed that. Clearly I was under the impression they did an okay job until she showed me different angles (photos available) it was a waste of $61 and I will not return to a location I did not feel welcomed at. It's clear now why the Sisk location had a 92 minute wait at 10:30am but the McHenry location had a 0 minute wait.

My stylist is a dedicated to craft. I feel that she always makes sure that I am satisfied before I leave, and always offers me a lollipop as well!

If the directions are not to cut a certain area of the heair and the stylist is not sure to what specifics, they should ask before they cut it off.
