Your front desk staff are friendly & informative. Also I have never had to bring my car back after it's been serviced by one of your technicians/mechanics to fix or adjust something they overlooked.
All who I spoke with treated me with respect and kindly. They showed concern for my car problems. They did a thorough job and did not try to push services. I felt they were very honest. I will bring my car back for any further service I may need. I believe I’ve found a place I can trust.
I needed an expensive repair done and the first place I went to quoted me $4k for the repair. If it really was going to cost that much, I wanted Christian Brothers to do the repair because they have the best repair warranty in the business. When I spoke with Tom, he told me that $4k seemed rather high for my repair and did some research. He came back and told me that it was a rather intensive repair but could do it for $3k. Not great, but better than the first quote. Then I mentioned to Tom that I should have a warranty from the time I bought it and when I mentioned that, he told me if I get him a little bit of information that he could do the leg work on finding out if the warranty covered my repair. So I sent him the information and he called me back and told me that the entire repair was covered. I brought my truck in and they completed the repair in a timely manner! Christian Brothers is great!
I am greeted with a smile when I call to set my appointment. I am greeted graciously when I come to drop my car off. My car is ready on time. I appreciate the text with inspection results. I appreciate not getting long list of pressure “must-do immediately “ items that are in fact, needed to be watched closely until next time. And I appreciate the environment of your pleasant waiting room.
