What do you like about our programs and activities?

Group classes. Today was great! There was no yoga instructor for the 3:30 class and one of the workers at the Y played a YouTube recording of yoga and we all watched it together and we were able to do yoga. I loved that she went out of her way to improvise so that we could still do yoga!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There have been a lot of updates and improvements in the last several months that have been great, particularly in the exercise/weight room. If there is anything that I would request for improvement its that if at all possible can a space for stretching be maintained. Over time, and particularly whenever new equipment or items are added the space for stretching is used for the new stuff. Particularly in the last few months as things have been added and rearranged the space where stretching is done is the space that has usually lost out.
