I enjoy the pool and the ability to swim laps. Also, I enjoy the whirlpool when it's working.
Although, the Identification card machine hasn't been working since I joined at the beginning of June. The front staff is always happy to assist in checking me in. The facility is very clean and very friendly oriented.

I've just started using the indoor pool to swim laps. It's an extremely nice facility with a great vibe, super nice people, fantastic all around.

Staff very friendly! Working out meets the expectations with cleanliness, equipment working, and adhering to rules accordingly. I did notice running and walking on inside track requires a face mask. However; some people are not adhering to this policy.
I love my Y. I haven't participated in many programs and activities for the past two years. I'm hoping we're able to increase course offerings in the near future. I typically attend the two cycle classes in the evening per week.
My current concern: how often are the exercise rooms cleaned and equipment wiped down? I always wipe off the handles, knobs and seat of the bike i sit on. However, I've been on the same bike for months and noticed the same grime on the body of the bike, It would be nice and sanitary if the room was thoroughly cleaned at least twice or once a month. Also Central Y, please provide Lorna with a budget to replace the bikes which have been there since the Y opened.
If you've been a member for quite some time, 75% are relatively new. It would be nice if the Y could send out a newsletter introducing the staff especially front desk and membership. There's one young lady that is extremely polite but I don't know her name, As a matter of fact, I hope she's there this evening, I'll find out her name ...
