There’s a great variety of fitness options available. There’s strength training, cardio, dance. I enjoy trying new classes, learning new fitness techniques and staying active in a fun environment. The trainers are all really personable and helpful, the staff are great and friendly.

Yoga, line dancing, strength class, and exercise equipment. I haven’t been in the water for a while, but I love water aerobics and beginner swimming.

Love the new upgraded weight training equipment. Also, love the variety of weights training machines. There are an ample number of exercise machines--treadmills, bicycles, ellipticals, stair climbers, etc. The staff is on point with excellence in maintaining a clean, sanitized facility--pool, whirlpool, weight training and exercise room, bathrooms--the entire facility is clean. This includes the availability of sanitary wipes for individuals using equipment in the weight room. The hours the facility is open. It is always nice to walk through the doors of the Y and be greeted by the nice friendly staff. The overall atmosphere is warm, inviting, and friendly. Wonderful, thoughtful people work here.

Convenient location and schedule friendly
I get up every morning I go to the Y I work out in the gym. I have classes downstairs and I go to swim classes. I enjoy the home feeling that I get from the people that I am around and working with. They make you feel important they make you feel like you cared about and I want you to succeed in everything you do. I appreciate the Y being available for me and my friends I just like everything about it.
I enjoy gentle yoga. I enjoy swimming laps in the pool twice a week.

The programs, activities, and facilities seem to meet the needs and desires of the the community. The WW Y seems to conduct and introduce programs directed to multiple age groups, from very young children through seniors. The facility, grounds, and equipment are well-maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional.

For quality assurance I love that there are programs and activities in walking distance and in the community in general. Your helping those who incarcerate thy self in home by not being active.
