Pickleball! Wade Walker YMCA Director really stepped up the game by turning two courts into three, purchasing new nets, increase the hours of play and implementing a new directive which allows non-members to play pickleball for only $3.

Becoming a member of the Y again (July 2023)has been a wonderful foundational part of my life and our entire family. I found a strength training class that has helped me lose weight, connect with women of all ages and it has become one of my favorite bi-weekly activities. Adora is masterful as a fitness teacher.

Received exercise plan from a trainer. Have only participated in utilizing the exercise machines. Good instructions on machines, e.g. placement of seat, etc.
Self explanatory stretching suggestions for the equipment I have engaged with so far.

I really enjoy the 9:15 class "Senior Stretch". I also enjoy the fact that you have Pickleball available with the equipment in the gym 3 days a week. As a new student in Pickleball I appreciate the patience and the friendliness of Sharon along with the students.

We most like the weight room and the newly updated equipment for our workouts. One consideration would be to have adjustments incorporated for equipment low to or on the floor to allow members with knee or hip limitations to still be able to use them (e, g. Bench press).
