Something for every age group is available. I also like the different skill levels available in many of the classes that I take.
I would like to see more classes offered for Functional Fitness andd Pilates. There is almost always a wait list for those classes during the daytime hours.

I participate in approximately 5 classes per week. The instructors give options on how to complete an exercise. Instructors are friendly and approachable.
Kids programs for young children. Loved the parents night out and Easter event! Would love to see a parents morning out like Mccklusky offers.
Love the instructors for the Y Burn Total Body classes!! They are challenging but fun!
I like the day camps for kids. I don’t do any fitness classes because of my schedule, but I feel there is a good variety

The classes that are designed for and considerate of mature adults are great. They are gaining popularity as our population is aging and so many individuals want and need to maintain their mental and physical abilities and autonomy.

I love that it is not super crowded when I go there.
The Sci-Fit machine is wonderful for a person who uses a wheelchair and cannot transfer. The chair on the machine can be removed, as well as the foot pedals, to allow the wheelchair to roll directly up to the machine and use the hand pedals to get a cardio workout. All Y wellness coaches should be shown how to adjust the Sci-Fit to accommodate wheelchair users.
Enjoy the different classes and instructors. Would like to see more crossfit style programs
Because the Y is family oriented, the atmosphere is more conducive to people enjoying the getting fit phase than in other gyms where there is more pressure
the group classes especially functional fitness offered in the evenings. I would love to see more night classes using the TRX room.

Wish you could offer pickle ball 5 days a week. Classes are great.
Functional fitness classes. But I wish they could be slightly modified to accommodate the needs of older folks , like slower pace and more emphasis on form
