I love Mona’s spin class!
The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have taken the cardio kickboxing class many times and have been very impressed with the quality of the class and the instructor.

Hands on swim teachers and water Aerobics teachers.
This Y has a big variety of activities for all ages. Perhaps adding a few pickleball courts outdoors would be wonderful

You need more evening classes
All facilities! I like that there are plenty of treadmills available when I go!

Although I only use the cardio and weights, the Y incorporates tons of activities for children, adults, and senior citizens - truly a family atmosphere rather then just a gym
