The aquatic center and locker rooms are very spacious, the facility is open even on Sunday, there's ample child watch, parent's night out, tons of sports programs and fitness classes, camps, and the wellness center is very up-to-date. Staff has been nothing but super-friendly.
We love the hours of operation so we are able to exercise before going to work.

Liz Williams is the greatest. She has helped me tremendously and I am grateful. With her help and encouragement I’ve lost 43 pounds and I’m enjoying greatly improved health! Give her a raise and an award! She’s the epitome of a compassionate, knowledgeable health advisor and advocate!
The “Y” summit location is A family oriented environment with polite and professional customer services. There’s A variety of activities to choose from before and after work with child care services for the kido. Also, I’m in love with the state of the art facility, it actually made me drop all the rest of my gym memberships. At the “Y” I found what I had been looking for in three (3) other gyms I was a member of because 1 would have 1 or 2 amenities, but never the total package so I had to have several memberships. Last, it’s very affordable and worth every penny spent.

There’s so much variety to stay fit and all of the coaches take the time to get to know you and help you meet your fitness goals in your own way. I love the variety of fitness classes, from yoga to Zumba!
