We started working out last week at Summit Family Y. The staff was friendly and helpful. The weight room was clean and has great equipment with easy to understand instructions. The walking track was well-kept.
We also used the clay tennis courts for men's and mixed doubles. The courts were clean and the tennis staff went above and beyond to introduce us to other players and set matches up for us at the right level of play.
I noticed pickleball inside and outside and lots of classes are offered.
We plan on trying some of the classes and the beautiful lap pool.
They also offer childcare, but we don't need that.
We love the fascility and the swimming teachers/lessons.
The tennis center is the BEST!
Cleanliness, skilled coaches, new equipment
The swim program is awesome!
Family friendly environment
Love the variety of classes, the people I meet, the teachers, the wellness area upstairs.
The staff are very nice and helpful and the classes are very beneficial to my overall health.
Outstanding staff and great variety of activities.
The classes are great
We love all of your fairs, your classes, the mature and caring staff, "the all in" acceptance of every citizen. I have been a member of the y along with my special needs son since it opened. We love the y. We plan on making it a lifetime membership. It is life giving! It is the membership of a lifetime!
The aerobics and balance aqua classes
The availability to any age that has limitations in what they are able to do. I may only be 46 but I have a lot of issues that are debilitating. I am still able to find classes and things to do to help me continue to be active
Large selection of activities and very clean
Something to do for the whole family
Swimming and sauna, etc.
The cardio instructor are amazing.
Everything!!!
Everything
Quite place to workout. Sometimes it’s too crowded in the free weights area and it would be nice if it were expended but over all, great place to workout in. I really like the sauna after my workouts.
Good variety of types of classes and times along with great instructiors
The YMCA is everything you need to stay physically active and mentally and physically healthy. From a child to an adult, everything you need is there at your disposal. I started a year ago at 298 lbs; I’m at 238lbs and filling outstanding. All the staff are great, especially Tommy in the gym/weigh lifting. The best; period
N/A. I only use the area with the machines and weights. It is always clean with sanitizer and wipes available for members to wipe down after use. As well, there are signs to remind us. The greeting staff as you enter and trainers upstairs are cheerful, welcoming and always available and willing to help/ answer questions. I am very pleased with the Y and the wonderful staff. Other gyms would not get a review like this. Great place and super nice/ helpful staff!!!
Nice facility! Helpful staff!
Would like to see more activities for kids under 10years
I like the group classes, the instructors are great!
Great staff
Variety of classes, times of classes, cleanliness of facilities, yoga instructors, ease of registering for classes
The Homeschool PE teacher is very patient, kind, and helpful to the kids.
Parent’s Night Out is a very welcomed monthly break, when we are fortunate enough to make the list. I do wish the older kids were able to eat a little more food, but wouldn’t complain.
Thankful that the facilities are always so clean
Friendly staff, especially the housekeeping team. Those ladies always help me with opening the heavy door to the women's locker room.
Great lineup of exercise programs and top notch instructors! The AOA instructors make the classes fun and encouraging, which make me want to keep coming back for more.
Beautiful and well maintained facility, with a variety of programs that support all levels of the community.
It seems to have activities for all ages.
