We love the pool area! We go there regularly for water aerobics classes and to swim laps. Excellent pool set up and whirlpool. Very professional, helpful staff and management!
I enjoy the friendliness of the staff here! It makes me feel like a welcomed member of the community! There are plenty of exercise machines to use, thereby always giving me the opportunity to keep myself in shape. Thanks for all that you do YMCA!

Coach Approach was so helpful in getting me started and also in wanting to continue coming to the Y, even after I was no longer meeting with my coach.
There are so many great reasons why I love Forsyth County Y! First, the classes are great and challenging. Sandy’s Zumba class had me hooked during my trial period and was what had me enroll as a member. After that, I tried other classes. Erin, Gina and Susan are amazing instructors and honestly get me out of bed in the morning! The safe and free childcare in the play center is a huge plus. The staff is so warm and friendly and always greet my daughter by name. Parents Night Out is worth the membership alone in my opinion. My kids look forward to it every month and it gives my husband and I an opportunity to unwind. We don’t have any family in GA so date nights were not an option until we joined the Y! We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. The staff is always smiling and friendly!

Fitness coach Dania has really helped me use the machines correctly and encourage me to stay fit. I enjoy the social aspect of sharing a cup of coffee with others in the seniors area. My wife and I have been members since 2007. We enjoy participating in the programs for underprivileged children b

Great swim classes. Friendly staff. Love walking track and taking Sr. workout classes. Also have The Legends meeting room for seniors to gather.
Friendly and personal instructors that really care about your health and fitness goals. No matter what level you're at, the staff is encouraging and helpful. Lot's of classes with alternative exercises so different levels can be together and not feel intimidated. Personal trainers are available and flexible with fill-in dates to accommodate individual needs and schedules. Amazing atmosphere with lots of activities for kids on weekends and in the summertime!

The kids programs are great!!! Parents night out is a must for members with kids. Also the classes are awesome! My family loved the Y!!
Everything is good except me still not being able to track my actual weight machine workouts. It has been WAY TOO long without it.
My family goes to the y 4-5 times per week. We love the staff and our experience is always top notch!
