My main activity is water aerobics. I’ve been doing it for many years. Love the facility, love the atmosphere, love the people and the instructors.

I love the dance classes. Especially the Bolly style class. I also enjoy the Pilates classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

What I enjoy most about coming to the Y is the community I experience there. Playing basketball is a way I enjoy being active, yet it’s the group of guys with whom I get to interact several early mornings each week to build camaraderie, compete, encourage one another that makes my time at the Y so meaningful.
