there are variety of fitness classes offered at different times. Membership dues are a bit high though.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Clean, family friendly facility. Variety of exercise options and activities. Love the pool and sauna; but my favorite is the hot tub. My treat after each workout is to soak in hot tub pool.

Front desk personnel is tops, very professional, friendly and efficient
Great indoor track

**Just a recommendation - some of the cable equipment needs WD40 applied to them, they are not very smooth. Visible rust..

Love the atmosphere and the many classes! The instructors are all so kind and welcoming. And the classes are great for beginner to expert because you can just increase your weight and efficiency in reps. Excited for pickle ball. No requests at this time:)
