I love the classes!
I am a gym member only, and really enjoying the new equipment. I would like to request & make known the need for at least 3 more benches on the weight floor.
At least 1 more in front of the mirrors (there is room for at least 1 or 2 more), 1 incline bench that stays at the smith machine, and 1 that stays against the wall on lifting mat by the land mine.
I am only there as a gym member
I like the activities and programs associated with the Wellness Center here at the Forsyth County YMCA. Whether I'm conditioning before a workout, strength training, or doing cardiovascular exercise on the recumbent bike, this Y is my favorite place to stay healthy.
The gym and machines available, the water aerobics class with Jeanie, Zumba and Yoga with Pao.

The instructors are well-educated and always make the exercises fun while challenging, especially Carrie, Jessica and Julee.
The YMCA offers everything that I need. I enjoy the indoor track. I am also signed up for a health coaching program. My first appointment is this week. I think this great value add with my membership.

Enjoy the water aerobics classes. Wish there were more classes such as chair yoga etc.

Pool water at Vickery is too cold some days. It isn’t consistent. It is hard to plan to swim because you don’t know what to expect
We especially enjoy the senior exercise classes and luncheons. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Love everyone! It’s like a family here. All the staff and instructors are friendly, encouraging, and supportive. Carrie and Jess are my favorite!

The childcare is helpful and my kids are always happy to go! This makes it easier for us to come and enjoy the new workout machines (I’m a big fan of the peloton!) or join a class or 2!
