The Robert Fowler YMCA is always clean and friendly, and it is great to have a senior center where we can gather and play board games, check out library books, or just relax and chat.

Hours and convenience
I like the classes in yoga and pilates. I like playing Pickle Ball, but the hours need to be expanded. Sometimes there are too many people wanting to play, when only half the gym is available. I would do Zumba too, but the music is played much too loud and it is not healthy for the ears.
I’m satisfied with all that you offer. I participate in Body pump 3 times a week and occasionally yoga.

Gym and class hours are very convenient for people who work. Wide range of options available and everyone is very helpful, encouraging and welcoming.
The Fowler YMCA has excellent spin, strength and stretching classes. I would like to see another cardio kickbox class added on the weekend.

Group exercise! Your Zumba instructors - Tameka, Paola, and Stephanie are so talented and motivating! Your body pump instructors Monica, Shelby, Mary, and Maureen are super inspiring. Your yoga instructors Jody and Carrie are so knowledgeable and detailed in their instruction. Your instructors are what motivate me to get here! Please appreciate them every single day! They are the best!
