I like the community involvement and the friendliness of the staff. Also they seem to cover the whole spectrum of different age groups.

IM SO EXCITED ABOUT ALL OF THE FAMILY ❤️ ACTIVITIES. I NEED ALL THE EXERCISES AND SOUNDS AROUND ME . MY GRANDSON WANTS MORE CAMP DAYS , IT IS GOOD ENERGY WE ARE SO THANKFUL TO ALL OF YOU. We plan to spend most of our summer there to stay 😊 healthy. And meet others who appreciates exercises and positive attitude around everyone there each day.🙏

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Clean facility, friendly staff, variety of equipment, extensive choice of exercise training/classes. My interview with Melinda was extraordinary. She was thorough, friendly, attentive to my particular health needs, patient and professional. I would recommend anyone, starting an exercise program, to meet with her prior to starting any activity.
