What else we need
The coach approach is just what I needed. It has motivated me in times when I wanted to give up. Completely made it comfortable being in the gym because I was intimidated when I first joined, Melinda is such a delight to work with, and her encouragement is so supportive.

We consider the Y a part of our village. The staff are warm, welcoming and supportive. There is also a sense of community, friendliness of members and intimate feel to the facility.

The classes are fun and energetic and I also like the virtual classes as there are many options;
Flexibility
I like yoga with Kim on Mondays and Wednesdays and am looking forward to a permanent instructor for Gentle Yoga on Friday.
I enjoy the Lifelong Learners meetings and think Rob does a good job as the Y liaison with that program.
Paige runs pickleball activities effectively and keeps members well informed of scheduling, etc.

Classes for Seniors -- water aerobics, senior strength & cardio, functional fitness. I especially like Parkinsons Boxing and Parkinsons Movement. I've just recently started participating in the Meditation Class (2 so far) and it's very good.
Close to home and staff is very helpful and friendly.

perfect for a good exercise routine. play Pickle Ball, go up to the exercise room and work out. so many options.
