I enjoy the chair yogas classes very much. I feel it is helping my joints and muscles to relax and become more flexible. I have just started so I have a lot to learn. I plan to try the water aerobics after the pool is repaired. My real problem is to know when to slow down. Everybody at the Y is very nice and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and willing to answer all questions.

Variety and hours
I love everything! The staff is so nice and friendly and there is no shortage of things to do at this YMCA! However, I recently took swimming classes at the YMCA, which I immensely enjoyed, but was concerned at the inconsistency of staff members-- I was surprised to see that different staff members taught every class! I think it would be better if one staff member was assigned to teach all swim classes in the series to provide a sense of consistency, learn from weaknesses, and establish relationships with students to reach swim goals.

There is no hanging out, people come and do their thing and leave. Staff at front desk are friendly helpful.
Great variety of programs and interesting instructors who care. I love that I can take classes or workout on my own when I want to. It's clean and kept up to date and the members are very friendly as well as those that work there.
