Classes - water aerobics, functional fitness, Active Adult Strength & Cardio, Chair Yoga to name a few. I like the morning times.

Most of the time we used the swimming pool and the hot pool. My son is disabled and has muscle spasms he likes the hot pool. And The access to the shower for disabled.
We like the variety - we currently participate in Chair Yoga (3 times per week), Thai Chi (twice/week), and lifting weights (machines, as time permits).
Very satisfied with all we see.
Love Margaret's body pump and spin classes
Love the body pump and other exercise programs, as well as the machines and track. Great instructors too
Step and yoga classes. I would like to try body pump, but the classes are always booked up.
It is not crowded and everyone seems to be friendly but not interrupt you if you are exercising.
Love the Older Active Adult classes.

The staff there are beneficial. The swimming pool is our favorite and we use it regularly. We are very happy to have the YMCA near our home and provide many programs.
