The instructors provide the best possible experience for their participants. The participants can modify their experience if they need to. The exercises fit the needs of the participants.
The staff there are beneficial. The swimming pool is our favorite and we use it regularly. We are very happy to have the YMCA near our home and provide many programs.

A all encompassing building of different activities for any and all levels of fitness.
Classes - water aerobics, functional fitness, Active Adult Strength & Cardio, Chair Yoga to name a few. I like the morning times.

Most of the time we used the swimming pool and the hot pool. My son is disabled and has muscle spasms he likes the hot pool. And The access to the shower for disabled.
We like the variety - we currently participate in Chair Yoga (3 times per week), Thai Chi (twice/week), and lifting weights (machines, as time permits).
Very satisfied with all we see.
