Great yoga classes, great teachers, especially Lin and Jody. Great pilates and 20,20,20 with Dominique.
Fabulous instructors!!!!

Lauren, personal trainer is a doll!! Love her!!
Everyone at welcome/membership desk is friendly and helpful.

Mr and Mrs Song are extremely.nice, too.

Melinda did an excellent job as my coach and helped with getting some of my flexibility back that I had lost. The Y staff is good and how it is maintained in general and run that I see.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the variety of programs designed to meet the needs of all ages and fitness levels. The facility is kept very clean and it is bright and inviting. I have enjoyed working with the instructors and staff. Everyone is kind and courteous.

We love the ymca and the excitement on our child’s face when he is there, whether it be for lessons/sports or to hang out in the play center while the grownups exercise.
