All the variety of classes

Yoga and stretch classes

I am mainly involved in the various fitness classes and really enjoy all all of them. I like the fact that there are so many exercise options available such as a walking track and exercise equipment.
I don’t have little children, but I love the fact that you can see the children playing as you walk in. The space is always so clean and organized, and the children look like they’re having fun. So nice to give parents an option so they can work out. Everyone who works at the Y is always so pleasant and helpful and it’s nice to see everyone’s smiling and welcoming face as we check in at the front desk.

What I really like about my Y is its closeness to home and work. They have a good variety of machines and weights to give me the workout I need

Monday's Chair Yoga class with Kim is Great. Wish she had a second Chair Yoga class.

I don't participate in anything formal but I'm a regular visitor and I like the staff, the facility and the work out options.

The environment is very family friendly. Staff is accommodating.

Water Aerobics is very good. The cleanliness of the men’s locker room is not at the standard Mr. Song kept it. Another bench in the men’s locker room (short) in the first locker set would greatly aid changing. Overall the Y is well managed and provides good service.

I enjoy Rita’s chair yoga class!

I like the organizing in the gym now much better than before and I like the classes a lot of constructor very good. They’re working hard with us and always the people in the front to try to help everyone.

Welcoming atmosphere, sense of safety, good community. Would wish for better/easier-to-read communication of pool schedules.

There is a good variety of programs and times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been members since this branch opened. We can’t imagine life without the Y.
