I am impressed by the variety of our programs and activities. There is something here for all ages but only if you take advantage of it. Also if you have some type of disability, whether short term or long term, the helpful and friendly staff are there to encourage and help you.
ALL programs are down to earth and are monitored by a Staff member.
I have referred many people that have joined the YMCA Family.
Hopefully, we get credit for doing that.

Workout classes
The programs at the Covington YMCA are designed for their patrons (I.e. lots of classes for seniors). The staff is very friendly and very willing to help. I love it!!

Programs benefit the children in our community
Group classes. However some of the 2019 changes are not my favorite. Taking Bodypump away on Wednesday afternoons was a hard hit to my family! :-(
Love the yoga classes and wish there were more please!!
I like the wide variety of classes offered and that classes are available throughout most of the day. I like that my kiddos can play in the kid zone while I am there. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly.
Activities can be as challenging as you would like them to be. They cater to al levels. Staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly!

Instructors and variety
I’ve always loved practicing yoga and I highly recommend the unique flow class taught by Karen on Monday and Wednesday evenings. She is energetic, positive and her enthusiasm is contagious!
