Variety of classes for all levels. Instructors are fun and put time into creating a challenging class. Modifications or always give to exercises. Everyone is made to feel welcomed.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Trainers do great job of pushing you to do your best. The facility is always immaculately clean. The Senior outings are always so enjoyable.

The people who work there are very nice, friendly, personable, and professional. The instructor is very nice, personable, professional, and very attentive and compassionate to each person. The people in the class so friendly, nice, and helpful. I really have enjoyed the exercise classes.

Amazing facility. Always clean, staff is very helpful and nice. There’s always someone picking up a phone when you call.

Their something to do for everyone in your family. What I like most is the different time slots that are available. Especially when you work. The hours of availability is everything!
