The y feels like home.
We were looking for a swimming program for our 9 year old to learn how to swim. The Cowart facility provided a ton of options, and allowed us the flexibility to schedule swim lessons around other activities we had planned. It's been an amazing experience.

I love & appreciate the friendly welcome that I receive each time I walk in! Erin & Miki are 2 of your best ambassadors! Miki's morning classes are creative and effective. She explodes with enthusiasm, interest in her students, knowledge of her material, and eagerness to encourage everyone to safely improve & strengthen themselves!

I participate in Senior activities. I think it would be ideal to have an exercise class for seniors available at the approximate same time M-F (11am?). I really enjoy water aerobics at 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. I don't attend classes where I need a yoga mat and have to get up and down from the floor. It's possible but rather difficult. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility.
Love yoga and cycling, enjoy virtual yoga options.
The water has saved me post multiple surgeries since 1994 both here and in many other Y locations. The most healing for of therapy for me
