I like the group class exercises but aside from Zumba it would be nice to see other dance classes as well.
My children very like the programs and activities. The instructor very patient and nice.
I was welcomed when I arrived for my guest pass and knew this was the place for me!
I like the financial assistance program and the after school program and the Adaptive Swim Lesson. We benefit from a lot of the programs and activities, as a family. There is a problem and activitie for everyone with in the family and that’s what makes the YMCA unique!
location
What I like/love: Weight machines, Coach Approach, water aerobics, having enough swim lanes to be able to swim, and the various classes offered in the studio. I LOVE the steam room! I feel so fortunate to belong to a gym which has one!
I love the fact that I can trust any of the personal coaches there, knowing that if they work at the Y, they've been well educated and trained.
I have really really liked every instructor in every class I've had. I think that the Y has some awesome instructors: Brenda who does water H.I.I.T., Liz who does water aerobics, Bruce who does the Core class in the studio, both of the Kristens who do the Zumba in the studio, Adora who does pound... I could go on and on. I've really been impressed with how good they all are.
What I'd like to suggest:
- That the women's locker room be able to keep the whirlpool, even if another one is being built which will include both genders. Some women find it much more comfortable not having to be in a whirlpool with men.
- That the Y start offering self-defense classes for women.
- I think it would be nice if it was possible to schedule the classes in the studio and the classes in the pool such that I could finish a water aerobics class and still take an aerobic class in the studio. They seem to overlap in such a way that it's not really possible to intermingle the two worlds, so to speak.
The camps... Our daughter loves them and they are affordably priced.
yoga, swimming, zumba.
Very family friendly
Great environment,and staff.

I think the variety of classes is great. I would like to see more classes for senior citizens. I also enjoy the machines to work out on.

Convenient times, not too crowded and the classes are keeping in touch with what is popular today!
I like the programs and activities very much. However, much of the facility is getting bit run down. It is good that you are finally replacing the whirlpools, but both the men's and woman's steam rooms could use a new steam generator (Out of Order way too often). Also, a common complaint I hear from my wife and the other female members is that you need to add several more showers. The wait after large classes is way too long to use them.

Variety of classes and equipment.
The caring staff at the Tull Gwinnett YMCA are all personable and professional. Whoever interviews and hires employees is perceptive and good at judging character.
great place for family workout and friendly staff
The Tull Family Y has a wonderful staff and is a terrific facility. Keep up the good work.
Also, the facility is kept very clean unlike the one I attended in Michigan for many years.
Plenty of options. I just wish there was a Y closer to me.

I like that my adolescent cam exercise with me.

Regardless of fitness level, there is an activity for everyone. The staff is friendly and willing to assist each person to attain their fitness goals. My favorite activities are among the group classes. It is like you have your own personal support group for each class.
