Gymnasium and pool.
Our family absolutely loves the Y! We’ve been active members for several years, and it’s truly a place we all enjoy. Our children have a great time at the play center and have attended both break and summer camps, we can’t say enough positive things about those experiences. There really is something for everyone here. It’s a wonderful community, and the staff is consistently friendly, supportive, and excellent.

A lot of classes to choose from, but the downside is price.
Water fitness and chair yoga classes are fun and challenging with good instructors.
Senior adult classes, especially chair yoga
I like the diversity of the classes offered; from yoga to zumba, there is a class for all ages and abilities.
I like the year-round heated pool, sauna, and whirlpool as well.

They meet the needs of the participants- the courses /activities are well designed and organized. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. To attend these classes brings joy and satisfaction. 😊
The are more programs for seniors. Great exercise programs.
We have enjoyed the Coach Approach sessions with Coach Eddie. Coach Approach has given us the confidence to use the weight machines without being intimidated.

There are many options from swimming to weightlifting to other athletics to aerobics and the list goes on! The staff are always very helpful.
Zumba classes
I like the YMCA because it offers flexible workout options and convenient hours that fit my schedule.
Instructors vary the routines and use current methods to work out each body area. Classes are serious yet fun. Instructors know each individual in classes and strive to meet their needs.
