A very active program schedule for what appears to be all age ranges.
A friendly environment, this is promoted consistently by the Y staff - very welcoming.

This facility is very well kept and organized. The staff and community is very light hearted, respectful, and consistent every time I come in. They have been a shining light in a hectic life of mines as of recent, and I couldn't be more greatful. It's the little gestures that matter and go a long way. I am not from here and I am glad that I chose this YMCA to serve my needs and look forward to continuing my membership here for years to come. Kudos to Bree and the rest of the staff and community...she has welcomed me with open arms since I moved here recently from Texas!
The cardio machines like the recumbent bike, the treadmill and the recumbent stair stepper.
The variety of classes and the times offered are pleasing. It also helps to have great instructors!
What is there not to like, is the question. From when you enter until when you leave you are greeted and treated amazingly. The instructors are awesome, so much positive energy, so much love for everyone and the biggest cheerleaders no matter if you beginner or advanced. I love all the people I work out with as well, we hype each other up and it’s just a big community full of love. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I also love the ladies that watch my girl while I work out, they are sweet and great with the kids. E is always excited to go to the gym and hang out at the kids club. We also love the parents night out program, I know my babe is in good hands when at the Y. My only ever regret is not joining sooner. I appreciate the Y so much and am glad we are part of the Family. Keep up the great work.

Classes and family atmosphere
Please be considerate and give us a realistic time to expect front door access, etc. I'm totally good to be patient, but it feels like something we aren't supposed to ask about and it has been a year. An estimate would feel respectful and responsive. It would also make it easier to refer other ppl.

The swim coaches are amazing. Their patience and kindness to all is wonderful.
I love the water classes. It would be nice if the whirlpool worked all the time instead of always being out of order, but the water classes are truly truly enjoy. It’s good to see families together there at the Y the fact that it’s family, friendly and mobility challenged friendly when the front door gets open it will be a lot better
We love the YMCA. Every single person who works here is fantastic! The kids club is great and we love the teachers. My daughter had so much fun! Ms Cheryl the strong Nation coach is the best and really pushes me to go further! Shout out to Jamie at the front desk. She's so sweet! The programs for kids are great! So happy to be apart of the ymca
Friendliness, classes, instructors. There has been such an improvement in the atmosphere with people greeting you - very pleasant and welcoming. The instructors are top notch.
Love the work being done to update the facilities at Gwinnett.
But the "new" app is horrible.
I like the variety of classes available. I like the remodeling of the locker room/facility.
It appears that w/the new website u don’t have to wait until the day before to reserve a class.

The YMCA has truly transformed my family’s life in every possible way. From the wonderful Parents Night Out events to the diverse range of activities available, there’s something for everyone. The facilities are top-notch, providing a welcoming and safe environment. Most importantly, it's my daughter’s happy place, where she feels free to explore, play, and make lasting memories. The sense of community here is truly special!
