I adore Sarah's yoga classes and am so bummed when work prevents me from making it to her Wednesday class. Megan's 7am Vinyasa is also great. I really appreciate that you have a schedule that accomodates people who work 9-5 and includes classes, particularly yoga, throughout the day most days. I only wish you were located closer to me!
Honestly, I only use the pool and I work out at my own. I’ve looked at some of the classes, but the ones I want aren’t at the times I could make so I just don’t go.
I absolutely love the Y at East lake. I feel like I am apart of a family. The staff is always welcoming me with a warm smile. The play center is a fun place where my children feel safe. Also I enjoy the fitness classes that are offered. Joy pushes you to do more and max out at your highest potential. Cindy is full of Joy. Linda always has new moves in store for the class and encourages us to get out our comfort zone. Also Misha has such great energy. I truly appreciate all that everyone does. I am so grateful I found a place that works not only for me but for my family as well.

Good selection of classes for those of us who are either recovering from an injury or permanently injured.
I especially am glad more water aerobic classes are beginning to be added. Also love the new stretch class by Christon E. Great instructor and true stretch only class! For me a stretch only class is very much needed!! I am feeling the difference in my body movement and tight muscles. This class is fantastic!!!

Friendly and engaging instructors. I particularly love the line dance classes with Cindy Agustin and the Active Adult cardio strength classes with Linda Rosser.
Enjoy the Coach on Coach Approach program, Active Adults class with Linda is wonderful.
Sarah's Gentle Yoga class is also excellent as is Darryl's Pilates class.
The lifeguards and staff at the pool are great!
