I take fitness classes just about every day. I love to try new classes. I tend to stick with certain classes and certain instructors when I find something I really enjoy.
The staff always goes above and beyond! We love coming to the Y and my kids love it so that alone makes it worth it every time.

As an active wheelchair user I love the weight room and the overall accessibility of the Y. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly.
We like the outdoor pool at your facility as well as the inclusive nature of the daycare there. We appreciate being able to have a few moments as adults working out or relaxing by the pool before bringing our children down with us to enjoy family time. Thank you for what you do!

Fitness Classes like Zumba and Strenght Training are very good. Coach Approach program is very effective .

The facility is clean, well laid out, and has something for everyone- young or old and at various fitness levels.
Alejandra’s Zumba class is so good. Karen Wise’s teen special needs program is so important for my son in so many ways.
It offers so much for all ages.
