Pickeball and 360
I'm a workout enthusiast who likes to do my own thing. There is space at IAY for me to do my Dumbbell and Kettlebell AMRAPs and the coaches are very helpful when for instruction on an exercise. I'm a former runner with a knee replacement, so I appreciate the Alternative Motion Trainer Ellipticals because it simulates running without the pounding on my joints. Finally, I always finish my YMCA visit with a dip in the hot tub! There's no better way to start your day!

The YMCA is a wonderful place to work out, meet people, and feel a part of the community. The hours are great, the staff is fantastic, and the facility is up to date. The environment is professional and personable and allows you, at any age, to make yourself into whatever you want to be! They also have tremendous kid programs, especially during the summer, to keep the kids active while in a safe environment - giving the parents peace in knowing their kids are being well taken care of. I would highly encourage any age to enjoy the YMCA Alpharetta!
Joining the Y was the best thing I ever did for myself and I absolutely recommend joining to everyone and anyone that wants to make a change and bring fitness into their lives. The Y offers classes for so many things and so many groups. It is easy to find a activity or exercise class to match your interests and fitness levels. When I joined I got to meet with a coach and get guidance for going forward. That was in 2017. I LOVE THE Y!!!
The swimming and the hot tub. I love the arthritis class. Please clean the hot tub, it is getting a dirty around the edges.

I have been a Y member for many years, almost 3 years at the Izakson Y in Alpharetta. I use the gym about 3x/week. The gym is very well equipped and Frank Sincoe the wellness instructor is very helpful. I credit the Y with improving my health.

Perfect, there are a variety of programs/activities to choose! Very friendly staff and clean facility. I am a Y member and take classes at several locations. The Alpharetta Y is one of my favorite! Keep up the good work!

Love the TRX class would be great if we could more of those instead of just 1x a week. And more hours of pickleball would be awesome!
Excellent facility
We love coming to YMCA. It’s fun for swimming plus so many lessons and they don’t have hidden gotchas and be very transparent. Plus the family fee that they have kept is very affordable.
I liked the free weight area, however I wish there was a little more room.
