Swim team has been wonderful for my daughter. Swim lessons have been great for my other daughter. I also enjoy swimming and other classes that I take occasionally (and should take more often)

There are a lot of classes to choose from and we can select classes geared for our age group.

They're very easy to schedule and provide a good fitness experience
