From the intitial contact throughout the move, everything went smoothly.
Our first impression was wonderful with Tara who conducted herself very professional and we conducted the online viewing of two residences seamlessly. From there we were I produced to Manna, who was very delightful and prompt on emails. However Jacob and his crew were by far the best representatives for your company. Friendly, patient, cordial and personal. Was a delight having them come into my homes and take care of moving us. And the dogs loved them!!!

The crew was very efficient, they were very careful with my precious family belongings. They put everything exactly where I asked them to.
They even had to negotiate with the trash collectors who happen to be on my street at the same time, but they worked it all out for me

We had a great move with QMM. Everyone that we dealt with was very helpful and professional. It was great working with Matt and Douglas. They carefully loaded all of our belongings into their truck and brought them all the way from our condo in Calgary to our house on Bowen Island BC. They are both friendly, chill guys but they worked quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived safe and sound including my 100 year old china cabinet which still has its original glass. Thank you to Tara and Jennifer too.

Very happy with the overall experience with QMM. Moving a four bedroom house and a lot of recreational gear from ON to BC was daunting and they made it easier. The pre booking process was smooth as was the booking itself. Great communication, they always responded to emails. I had to change the re-assessment and modify pick up and delivery dates and QMM accommodated everything with no issues. Highly recommend.

Tara Schneider, Amanda LaBrie, and Curtis were professional, timely, and highly knowledgeable about every aspect of our move. The entire team ensured that all necessary paperwork was prepared and provided, making our transition at the border smooth and stress-free. Curtis was exceptional at packing and unloading our belongings with great care, plus he remembered where everything was located better than we did. We are extremely grateful!

The move went very smoothly with the friendly staff you sent. They were efficient and skilled at packing up and moving the furniture. We’re happy with the service you provided.
Karl (Driver) was on time, communicative and kept us informed throughout the process from the time he showed up to the time he left our new home. Tara and Jennifer (sales / move coordinators) were also very responsive and provided us great tips on packing and setting the right expectations with us. The packers / loaders from our original home were all very hard working and amicable - very thoughtful and responsible for our belongings and took great care when moving everything to not damage our belongings or the walls / floors. The unloading team were very friendly, smiling, laughing, respectful and asked us repeatedly if there was anything that needed to be moved, or if there was anything else we could do!
All in all it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
At every step, from getting a quote or evaluation, to the pickup, to the delivery... everyone was kind, understanding, polite, and worked quickly and efficiently.
The next time I move, QMM will absolutely be who I call.

Great service and scheduling. The movers were on time, took excellent care of furniture, boxes, and the interior of the house while carrying items up stairs and through hallways, etc. They were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend QMM!

As far as we could tell, there were 3 options for those moving across the border to Canada (besides diy). QMM price point and service fell squarely in the middle so it was an easy choice. We especially appreciated the moving day calls and the clear process explained by sales and our moving manager Amanda. Most importantly, the experience, and rapport with the border and related paperwork was a huge help.

The 2 men who came to my apartment to load up were very professional and personable.
Everything was loaded quickly, without issue.
The truck arrived at the final destination in PEI and the off loading was done equally well.
The crew who packed and loaded and then uploaded were super friendly. They were also very helpful, efficient and careful.
Amanda and Tara, in the office, were super supportive, making the big moving process as easy as possible.

Kyle, Jamie and Dale were an amazing team of movers, so efficient, courteous and very, very strong. These boys were lifting boxes, 4 or 5 high with such ease and even with a big smile on their faces. These boys made our moving day a breeze with no damages and certainly no complaints from us, great job. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Kyle and his team for any move that you may have and I know you will not be disappointed with them. Way to go boys, thank you for a great moving day 😎!!!
