I really enjoy the downtown Y. I have been a member for over 30 years but the change in the lockers in the men's locker room has been horrible. There are only 6 full size lockers. The rest are half lockers that are useless. You can't hang clothes, store shoes, or coats as there are no hooks and they are to small to hold anything, including a gym bag. There were 11 members in locker room this morning and all detest these lockers.

I adore Women's Hours and appreciate y'all so much for adding them in. It is typically the highlight of my week! The staff that operate it stay super positive and I always am sad to miss a week. Thank you for Womens Hours!!!
In general, I adore this YMCA/staff/facilities. I'm always interested in postings I see around the gym but haven't taken a class yet. My positive experience with Women's Hours has encouraged me to look into them more.
Incredible workout facility
The front staff and people are very nice and helpful.
I attend the senior strong classes, 3 times a week. I am 72 years old, and have begun to feel quite strong and more agile. The instructors are very attuned into the needs of the senior citizen. However, they do not treat us as though we are not capable of growing physically Stronger because of our age. They keep the classes varied and encourage us to grow stronger and more fit. It is a wonderful program that I have recommended to my friends.
What I don't luke are the grubby locker rooms. Classes great. Staff great but should start classes on time -
I like the women only classes available before the gym opens. I like the variety and quantity of classes offered compared to other locations. It’s very clean.

I love the warm pool. It makes a huge difference for the way I feel. My flexibility improves and my arthritis aches diminish when I regularly work out in it.
