Great instructors and the workout classes are specifically what I need at my age.
I heart body pump! All the instructors are so great, for different reasons. Love love my body pump!!!
The Y is just such a familiar and welcoming place. The pool and workout facilities are great, I can get there via the Shoal Creek trail on my bike, which is a great warm-up and cool-down. The lake trail is right there if I want to run (gravel is best).
The programs and activities are diverse and are lead by qualified and compassionate instructors.

I'm a complicated individual, after the Government declared that chlorine no longer worked, and banned swimming. Then forced us to take a vaccine, that doesn't give immunity or stop transmission.
This leads to problems with morons that don't understand how the "POLIO" vaccine worked. It didn't enhance outcomes of polio, giving people just a paralyzed left leg. It stopped the virus entirely. Vaccines do that, give you immunity and stop transmission. Regardless, of a certain imbecilic minority of the population not understanding that, I am happy that there is a pool available, and that you are open to the public again. I shan't discuss masks and how effective they are, however I follow SCIENCE and can give a demonstration of me using my vape pen. I will simply inhale the Vapors (larger than the COVID virus) and exhale them through the masks. That is not up for discussion, that is a experiment to prove the point so anyone can make policies that make sense, and are useful.
Also, being physically fit and active helps the immune system. Improves the out comes of people that get covid. So by the new definition some people are using for Vaccine. Exercise is a vaccine, and I thank the YMCA for VACCINATING its members from COVID. You guys are AWESOME!!! Sorry I am not as funny as I think.
Weight machines, yoga classes, in door pool, the gardens, and the community!

I enjoy doing exercise at the machines, and after this, going to the pool and hot tub. Everything is clean. You can find good help if you need it. I feel fortunate to be affiliated at YMCA.
