My son played his first season of basketball and it was good. But the coaching was disappointing. They didn't teach any strategy or defense. I saw another coach telling her kids what to do when X happens or when Y happens. Our kids could have used that. We were Team Strauss.

Proximity to the hike & bike trail. Very good weight lifting and cardiovascular equipment.

I love the spin classes with Becky Wells. Also the members who attend these classes are a lot of fun to exercise with and very friendly!

I like the fact that there are a variety of programs to fit the desire and time availability of most people.

Also, the greeters and other staff members are pleasant.

Zumba with Phil, yogalates with Elizabeth, kids soccer league is a lot of fun

I love the variety of classes offered and the quality of the instruction. The teachers are really good and seem to care a lot about their craft.

Love the morning spin and yoga classes. Please indulge the couple of us that use LOOK pedals (the red ones) as you work on the bikes.

I like the swimming pool facility, the only Y offering I make use of, for solitary lap swimming.

I love the pools and the sauna at Town Lake! The staff is super friendly and approachable and I’m always happy when I visit.
