this facility has so much to offer and they have programs for everyone! 10/10 would recommend
The large variety
Affordable, accepting of everyone and inclusive.
All of them
There is a good variety
I enjoy all the water classes. Joyce has created a fantastic arthritis class. I participate in the monthly luncheons through that class. The front desk is always positive. They greet you personally as well as when you leave. The only things that need some improvement are keeping the inside pool warm enough during the winter months. Also, I dress in the pool area and the ledge where we put our stuff and get dressed can be pretty dirty at times. Even the front of the ledge by the floor is pretty dirty. With that said, I have belonged to the Y on and off for maybe 10-12 yrs and I love it there. Thanks for all you do.
I like that we have programs for disable kids. I like that you have a good day care and youth teams like volley ball. I like that the staff are friendly and helpful. The kids swimming is good year round. I hope money does not keep kids from learning to swim. You run a very good operation and should be proud.
It is a well run YMCA and everyone who works there goes out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The evening AquaFit works with my schedule .
My son plays basketball and is very frustrated with the gym always being inaccessible because of volleyball.
Maggie, the water aerobics instructor at SW Y.
Age appropriate
Love the Body Pump Classes, instructors. Staff is xtra friendly and like family
I like the diversity of people, all ages and colors, the community feel, and women not wearing sports bras.
I like the classes, instructors are always very nice. The place is clean and the greeters at the entrance set the tone by being polite and inviting.
En primer lugar me gusta mucho porque siempre está muy limpio y también porque es un excelente lugar para las Familia . Tiene actividades para todas las edades y también porque está ubicado en un lugar muy conveniente. Yo lo recomiendo totalmente.
I really have enjoyed attending Rocky's classes. I love going each day she teaches. She truly has such patience with me as I learn the steps. I was so hesitant after having my son, about going to the gym. After my experience with the loving daycare, Rocky's classes and community of people that I have met. I will not stop coming. It's been such a blessing to me and my son during my postpartum. Thank you YMCA!!!
I like the family atmosphere
The ymca has a wide variety of adult fitness programs. Big plus in my book.
The SNAP adaptive aquatics class is very important to my son and his friends. He goes every week, and really looks forward to it. As a young adult with autism, the SNAP class is a place where he can make friends while improving his swimming skills. It's an important part of our week.
Love the Friday combo cycle class. Staff and members are so friendly.
That they are consistent. Instructions always there and they care about participants in the class.
There are a lot of them. Programs are designed for the different age groups and different preferences. Me and my family have been doing a lot of different stuff with YMCA. We love it!
It’s very life-affirming to enjoy the Y with every known generation, from the youngest to the oldest and everyone else in between. I feel like I belong to the family of mankind every time I walk in the door.
Friendly efficient Lots of things to do.
I like the diversity of the staff and the participants. The teachers are positive and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained.
I don't participate in either, but always appreciate the warm greeting I receive before 6 am, the availability to cycle or run, and to workout with good equipment in a clean space. Thanks!
I like the variety of classes
Great teachers - friendly staff
The programs are geared to all ages and abilities. They are always friendly, fresh and fun, and offer great exercise for the body and mind, as well as social participation. The Y appeals to everyone.

Great selection of group exercise activities.
