Katie, who handles the scheduling in Acton, is the most professional customer service agent I’ve come across in the last few years. She is always calm, courteous, and understanding. She’s flexible, helpful, and polite. I can count on her to reply and reply with a solution. Trying to coordinate a family’s schedule today should be an Olympic sport. huntington learning center is a nice place for kids to learn. the staffs are friendly. So far, we have had Daniel as our math teacher and he is super good.

I love that the program is tailor made for my son based on the practice tests that he has taken at huntington. I also love that there is no additional fee for these tests or for the parent meetings to go over the results. My son has been very receptive to the feedback he has received both during the tutoring sessions and the meetings. And the best part is that he makes every effort to do his homework and to get to his tutoring sessions twice a week without us having to nag him! Huntington has been very accommodating in the situations where we have had to reschedule for things that have come up. I've merely called or texted and they have gotten back to me right away to offer some options to make up the class. Overall, we have been very happy with the progress we have seen so far. My son will sit for his first SAT test in March so we are hopeful that his score will reflect the hard work he is putting in.
