Awesome instructor. Why? She didn’t turn the heat up to blast furnace levels and led a challenging and smooth practice. Didn’t rush poses or throw in esoteric, half-explained add-ons nobody could o or keep up with.

I've been to a number of CPY studios in the Bay Area (WC, Berkeley West, Grand Lake, Market St SF), So CA (San Diego) as well as non-CPY studios nationwide and Rockridge CPY is my favorite studio--I think of it has my "home" studio. The design of the physical studio and its lighting are, to me, instantly both peaceful and inspiring... and, of course, the teachers are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind.
Yoga teachers are great! Classroom is clean.

Hello, the yoga experience was great. The session I attended was lead with powerful flows, meditation and guidance.
However, my feedback is regarding the experience at the location when purchasing retail items on sale:
1. I chose 2 pieces on sale, but the teacher didn't add the discount to my purchase and I only saw that when I got home on my email receipt.
2. I went back to the location to get this corrected, and another teacher on staff said he processed my full refund, yet I didn't receive ANY email about the refund transaction yet. He applied the discount correctly to the re-purchase, and that receipt got emailed to me, but not the refund transaction.
Request: Can someone on the Corepower team please email me my refund receipt to confirm that will go through? My name is Name removed, purchase and refund were made on Fri 3/4.

The studio is super clean and organized, having lockers in a place to put your things, and having a hot shower afterwards to change before going out it was amazing!
The instructor was fabulous,
My only suggestion is her voice was really loud and it wasn’t coming out of the speaker it seem like she had a microphone inside her mask or she was exerting her voice rather loud which was kind of jarring instead of relaxing.
I have a fitness background so I understand that during crunches curl ups they wanna motivate you so they turn up the music and talk really loud but it was kind of inconsistent with my kind of yoga experience I like to have which is more fluid… and I’ve been a teacher for 30 years so I’m kind of doubled in my hearing department and it felt loud for me!
I love how teachers calls me by my name, l love how teachers cares about my practice and overall experience!

Clean and simple studio, small and cozy, friendly people, great class. Only one personal thing: the instructor would speak very quietly, lovely, for a class of 5 of us did not need to speak loudly, but all of a sudden, he would practically shout, and it was jarring, inconsistent...I understand male voices are often loud, it can be hard to talk softly, but he did just fine, so that was odd. Otherwise a good experience.
Easy to park. I like the teacher. Easy location.
It’s the only yoga place in the area that has a myriad of classes like yoga sculpt and hot power fusion so you can get everything you need in one place!
Fabulous workout, atmosphere and community. This is what I am looking for.
