Great classes. Emeryville needs to add more classes especially early morning before work type of hours
The instructors are motivating and the studios are clean. I am newer to yoga and primarily attend the day time classes.

Very clean, spacious and love the different levels of yogis at a C3 class. I even thought I took a bikram class as the room was generously heated. I will be back soon!

I loved the 8pm candlelight class! The instructor, Elsa, was so welcoming, warm, and affirming. I really felt her intentionality in her teaching. Kombucha tasting in the studio was a fun addition too!

Each teacher brings their own style to teaching. I love the variety. Studios are very inviting and have fun retail section.
