I just love, love, love the instructors, the managers, basically the entire staff at this location! Everyone is very friendly and personable and their guidance in the classroom and interactions after the classes just feels right and natural.
As for products, I have made several purchases in the last year that I'm pretty happy about, both for quality and price!

Lo is the best. She challenged me and helped me grow which pushed through to another level of my practice.
I love everything about core yoga. . .the instructors, amenities, accessibility, variation in the types of classes with so many different timings except, sometimes it gets too crowded at the Duboce location in San Francisco.

I think the class I took was this girl's first class and it was AWESOME. Hardest sculpt class I've ever taken, in the best way. Good combination of cardio, arms, abs and legs. Definitely would take it again.
Love corepower in general, only issue is that the floors are way too hot in the duboce studio!
