It’s nice that there are 4 bathrooms, all with showers. Friendly staff, and it’s nice that neither studio has a glass wall.

I really enjoyed my first C2 class with Emily. I like that the class really focused on body awareness and the strength/athleticism aspect of yoga. Emily's guidance and tips helped me get into some poses that I'd never been able to achieve before. I also REALLY loved her all Beatles playlist.
