Downside - when the room is empty and instructors are wearing masks it is super hard to hear the instructors - tons of echo and music is super loud - so something to consider.
Clean and glad vaccinations are required. Enough room in class to have enough space between each other and everyone wore a mask. A more challenging workout with a mask, but no pain, no gain.

Good workout. Thanks…. There was a one small bit of confusion about disinfecting the weights…the signage indicated a place for clean ones and used ones that needed to be disinfected, however the teacher told us to just put them directly back on the rack.
Also couldn’t find a water fountain

I started Core Power in Minnesota 14 years ago. The only thing I would like to see is less instruction talk by the instructors to us who have taken it forever... more fun music a bit louder music. If you video a class from Woodbury, Minnesota and the sculpt instructors there or talk to them, it is a bit more fun and makes the heat and challenge go by so fast.
Just a thought....
