I loved the 90min Gratitude Flow Fusion class! Perfect combination of sweat, stretch and restore.
This studio is nice! The noise from the train is a little disruptive but the teachers and the studio itself are great.
I think you need to do more to bring some energy into this studio. The classes are usually dead compared to the other local studios.
The instructor gave a great class and a really helpful tour of the studio.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff is at Duboce. They are also very thoughtful during class when I asked for modifications to my practice as I have a bad right shoulder.
Lina is an excellent instructor - she is very committed to her students and brings a lot of enthusiasm to her classes.

Arya was amazing- clear instructions and demonstrations. Really inclusive approach and the music choice was perfect- all the tracks matched the variation in the workout. She’s one you guys should hold on to!! Thanks!

Mike was an awesome instructor. He kept the energy high and the movements tough. I was dying in class and felt blissful by the end of it. Loved his engagement, his cues, and his personality. Thanks for a great class!
Bring back Caroline ! I really loved her classes. I also like korey too. I think it would be great if we can cap the class size to a smaller number. I find myself accidentally touching or kicking people next to me.
I liked the heated studio.
Instructor was changing music when the songs weren’t fully done which felt distracting. Instructor also used a lot of Kanye West music which to me was controversial. I thought that was odd and I thought we were discouraged from using his music.

I love the Duboce location and instructors. Everyone is so great in their own way. I do wish the studio were cleaner. The bathrooms are unkept and the hallway in front of the lockers seems to always be dirty.
I enjoyed the opportunity to connect with the instructor after class to answer any questions I had or give feedback
The class was great, I loved the instructor and it was both calming and challenging. It felt like a great workout and calmed my nervous system at the same time. Will be returning for sure.
