Going to CorePower has shown me that I can push my limits and stay calm, connected to my body, in the zone while doing it!
I started practicing yoga at home about a year ago, and was unsure about the benefits of switching to a yoga studio. I’m so glad I did it! The classes are just the right size, the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and CorePower locations are so convenient to get to. 10/10.
Great class, nice studio! Only drawback is the parking is tough. Walk if you can.
It’s empowering and invigorating! I love Corepower! It has improved my relationship with my body so much.
