I like the flexible hours and the organized approach to teaching. I feel the organized system of study helps my student not get overwhelmed. I like the periodic meetings and the practice tests available both online and in the center that keep us informed of my student's progress. My student never complains about going.
The staff and director are all very friendly and seem to work well with my son. They have get to know the children on a personal level, even when they are just seeing them walking in the door.
I liked that my kid could take an evaluation test and the feedback.
I could accurately check my child's learning status and figure out what parts of help he needs. I listened to the result through a conference and heard how teachers would help my child.

I think at the ftw center the director is excellent and very professional.
What i dont like at all are the follow up calls which are not Coming from or made by the director. They are coming from some other lady. They are way too aggressive frequent and non productive. They are a real turn iff and if not for the strong recommendation from a neighbor and the professionalism of the director I would have taken my business elsewhere.
The older lady making the calls may well be the owner of the franchise i dont know but her calls are too frequent counter productive and offensive

We have been coming to Huntington for more than eight years. We love how customizable the service can be. From helping my daughter get through her math curriculum as se moves to advance math (during the summer) to three months sessions in the middle of the school year to ensure my son is keeping up with his math group.
