The technician who provides service to our facility is courteous of our schedule, thorough in his inspection, and always makes sure to talk with us face to face at the end of his visit about any observations he or we have made since his last visit.

Mike our service tech has been servicing this building for years providing great customer service! He's friendly and always takes the time to provide us feedback on pest control! I've grown to build a relationship with Mike over the years. He's a great guy and Waltham Services should be proud of how Mike represent the company! His knowledge is endless when it comes to pest control. Kudos to Mike! I think Waltham Services should recognize Mike for superior customer service to Comcast. Perhaps a nice lunch!
