Was quick in and out cut for me, first time visit. My regular Mom n Pop Barber shop had closed up and retired so I needed a new place. And found Sport Clips.
The stylist, she was cool, and funny. she held a conversation and still managed to give me a nice clean cut. I prefer to make her my main now whenever I go back, I'll only want her to cut my hair.
Also establishment was clean and very presentable.
Masks were worn. Questions were asked for the safety of the stylists and other customers (if I was out of province, had been tested etc).
Also checking in via the website was really convenient and easy.

Today, I had the pleasure of having my haircut by Andrea who did an excellent job and provided outstanding service. She was polite, efficient and a pleasure to chat with while I was there. I am thankful that you guys are open to provide people with haircuts during these uncertain times. Your employees are wonderful people and they deserve to be recognized as people who are willing to put themselves at risk so that others may enjoy some degree of normality. I want to say thank you because there are a lot of people who take these things for granted.

Good haircut done quickly
Fantastic experience...felt very safe...everyone wearing masks and shields, very clean work stations etc etc...I was worried about going to get my hair cut given the covid pandemic but you eased my concerns from the check in experience to the meeting at the door to welcome me. The little special touches offered with the hair cut were nice. I have never had a better experience at any hair salon. Plus the hair cut provided by Andrea was one of the best I have had...You just scored a new regular client. I'll be back for sure...thank you for the care and excellent service.

The stylist was friendly, sorry don't remember her name but I would go back to her again and When i got home, my wife liked the haircut, nuff said.
