Cheryl is absolutely amazing. She really listened to what we wanted, and she was happy to take us to as many houses as we needed to find the right one. We never felt pushed to pick something that wasn't right for us, and we were carefully steered away from houses that likely needed costly repairs. She knows the area very well and knows exactly what to look for in different parts of the city. She was even able to go to some houses for us that we couldn't see because we were moving in from out of town. TLDR; Cheryl is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Cherly Vance was the best relator that I've worked with. I have been actively looking for a house for a few years and she had the up most patients that anybody could ask for. Cheryl is very knowledgably when it comes to spotting issues in a house. She would tell me weather a house was worth purchasing. She was very honest and was there every step of the way. Before closing and after closing she would check with me and/or my lawyer. After closing she made contact to make sure things were going good even after I moved in. I wanted to move from the Pacific Northwest back to Upstate NY where I grew up.
