The local SM manager -Christina contacted me and handled my issue with best practices and showed sincere concern and I felt she really valued my feedback and business. So fast forward three return visits and I have nothing but good things to say about the team. The energy in the room is positive and I feel the SM and AM are not only part of the group but they observe the customer interactions to make sure the front line experience is 5 ⭐️.
