The place is clean and neat. I appreciate that they are careful about COVID-19 protocols. I like the person who usually cuts my hair and the fact that they keep notes about how I like my hair cut in case someone else does the cutting. I like the MVP- closest I get to having the spa treatment. Also, l just like watching sports during my haircut.

The staff that cut my hair was very friendly and informative. She took time to consider what I wanted and even gave suggestions. Not only was it one of the quicker cuts I've ever got, but I could tell she was still thinking and analysing how to best work with my hair at every step.
